Position: Early Years Practitioner

Location: Hinckley LE10 1YG

Salary: £26,915 - £31,720 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience)

We’re seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our Hinckley Nursery.

Role Responsibilities

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to your key children, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Candidate Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
