We are seeking qualified (Level 2 / 3) Early Years Educators to join our team of specialists.

Early Years Educators promote child-led learning across all age groups and create engaging environments with a variety of sequenced, challenging, and achievable experiences to extend children's learning.

You should be passionate about early years, a child magnet, skilled at teaching young children, know when to ask questions and when to listen, patient, reliable, flexible, friendly, motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking.

Your responsibilities will include: being a key person, planning, observations, assessments, providing high-quality learning activities and experiences, maintaining excellent care routines, working in partnership with parents, and helping to uphold high standards, our company ethos, and our outstanding Ofsted status.

Established in 2001, The Charnwood Nursery & Pre-school Group (CNPG) has grown from a single 26-place pre-school to four nurseries and pre-school settings, along with three out-of-school and holiday clubs in Thurmaston, Syston, Rothley, and Mountsorrel. We deliver a bespoke curriculum tailored to the needs of children and families, fostering skills, knowledge, and confidence for future learning.
