Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Years Practitioner located in Coventry. The Early Years Practitioner will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality education and care for young children. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing activities that meet the needs and interests of children, observing and assessing their development, and maintaining a welcoming and stimulating environment. The role also involves liaising with parents and professionals to support each child's learning and development.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Organization Skills
• Early Childhood Development knowledge and Working With Children experience
• Creativity Skills to plan and implement engaging activities
• Good communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members
• Relevant Early Years Practitioner qualification, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting
