Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 for a part-time role in Usk from September. You will support pupils across the primary age range with reading and writing interventions, working alongside the class teacher to raise attainment and encourage pupil engagement.

The successful candidate will have Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent, plus experience in a UK primary school and strong communication skills. This position offers market-rate pay and a supportive onboarding process.

Role Overview

The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 on a part‑time basis from September. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils across the primary age range, providing targeted support with reading and writing while working alongside the class teacher to help raise attainment and encourage pupil engagement.
