Job summary

Guilden Morden CofE Primary Academy is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join on a part-time basis. The role covers 26 hours per week over 38 weeks, with the working day from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm four days a week and Wednesday as a non-working day.

Commencing October 2026, you will provide classroom support to pupils under the guidance of teaching staff. The post offers a pro-rata salary around £15,031 per year, reflecting part-time hours.

Part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT) is seeking to appoint a Part-Time Level 2 Teaching Assistant.

Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Point 5 (FTE £25,583 per year, approx. £15,031 Pro-rata)

Working 26 hours, 38 weeks per year

8.30 am - 3.30 pm, four days a week (with Wednesday as a non-working day)

About You

  • Have experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant
