Salary: £88.94 - £104.84 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Are you a Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs?
GSL Education is working closely with a number of SEN schools across North Lincolnshire who are seeking Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These schools cater for pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in SEN education, where no two days are the same and the impact you make is truly meaningful.
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
Supporting teaching staff with the delivery of tailored, inclusive lessons
Encouraging engagement, independence and progress in learning
Assisting with personal care and emotional regulation when required
Promoting a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in SEN or care settings (school-based or other relevant environments)
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting young people
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work across a range of age groups and needs
