Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking Level 2 Nursery Practitioners to support nurseries across Witney and surrounding areas. You will provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5, work under the EYFS framework, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Flexible hours 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, salary up to £16.25 per hour including holiday pay. DBS Update Service (or willingness to obtain) is preferred; prior nursery experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) – Essential.
• Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Passionate about providing outstanding childcare.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and professional approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Assist with planning engaging activities that encourage learning through play.
