Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for a welcoming nursery in Market Harborough. Permanent roles are available: 1 full-time and 1 part-time, with competitive hourly rates.

You will provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5, support EYFS development, build positive relationships with families, and work as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous nursery/childcare experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of child development and safeguarding.
• Ability to support planning, observations and children's development.
• Professional, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5 years.
• Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to planning engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
• Observe, monitor, and record children's progress where required.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
• Promote positive behaviour and support children's emotional wellbeing.

Pay Rates:

• Level 2 Practitioner - Up to £12.77 per hour
• Level 3 Practitioner - Up to £13.38 per hour
