Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are supporting a welcoming and well-established nursery in Warwick with the recruitment of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This permanent full-time role offers the chance to join a nurturing Early Years team delivering high-quality care for children aged 0–5 years.

You’ll work within a supportive environment that encourages ongoing professional development, safeguarding compliance, and collaborative teamwork with colleagues, parents, and mentors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
• Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's progress.
• Observe, assess, and record children's development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive Early Years team.
• Act as a Key Person, ensuring children's individual needs are met.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
