Our client is a national property management company who are currently recruiting for a Freehold Property Coordinator to join their Freehold team on a permanent basis. Based in North West London, this fabulous role offers hybrid working and other benefits.

This position will oversee aspects of freeholder consents, licences, and approvals—playing a vital part in maintaining compliance and ensuring smooth communication between leaseholders, solicitors, managing agents and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process all freeholder consent requests
  • Issue and track legal notifications to leaseholders, solicitors, and other relevant parties
  • Maintain accurate records of all approvals and correspondence
  • Respond to solicitor enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Administer Deeds of Variation and licences for alterations
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Draft and manage associated legal documentation
  • Review and approve leaseholder applications in line with lease terms
  • Monitor compliance and ensure appropriate documentation is retained
  • Liaise with external recovery firms and assist in financial reporting

Key Skills & Experience

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in freehold or leasehold property administration
  • Familiarity with leases, licences, deeds of variation and legal documentation
  • Working knowledge of property legislation and management software
