Connells Group in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding lettings team. You will deliver outstanding service to tenants and landlords, drive results, and contribute to the growth of our lettings portfolio.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and letting agreements.
• Progressing lets through to move-in.
