Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our William H Brown residential lettings team in Brandon. You will deliver exceptional service to tenants and drive business results through valuations, viewings and let negotiations.

We offer a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, industry-leading training and a clear career ladder across Lettings, Sales, Mortgage Services and other services, within the UK's leading property services

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets.
• Progress lets through to move-in.
