Connells Group in Leicester is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to provide outstanding service to clients while driving lettings business. You will generate valuations, conduct viewings and negotiate lets, progressing them to move-in, with access to industry-leading training and a clear career ladder.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• IT literate and driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and letting agreements.
• Progressing lets through to move-in.
