Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales is preferred.
• Ability to win new business in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer care and service focus required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure lets.
• Progress lets through to move-in.
