Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Brown & Merry residential team in Hemel Hempstead. You’ll receive industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission. You will generate valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, progress sales to exchange and completion, and support the Mortgage Advisor

Qualifications

• Ideally, previous sales experience.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with buyers.
• Negotiate offers and close sales.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Support Mortgage Advisor to maximise opportunities.
