Connells Group in Fakenham is seeking a proactive Lettings Negotiator to deliver exceptional service to tenants and landlords, driving lettings performance and client satisfaction. You will handle valuations, viewings, and negotiations, progressing lets to move-in while enjoying a strong training pathway.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, a clear career ladder, and ongoing support within a leading UK property services business.

Qualifications

• Ideally have lettings or sales experience.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets.
• Progressing lets through to move-in.
