Qualifications

• Organised with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Administrative experience including record keeping.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings using Rightmove software and other relevant systems.
• Handle all aspects of data entry related to new lettings, renewals, and tenant information.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Organise and conduct viewings and liaise with prospective tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities in compliance with company policies.
