Job summary

Savills Company is seeking a Lettings Negotiator for the Sutton area to manage new applications, viewings, and rent increase processes for Built to Rent apartments. You will act as the first contact for inquiries, ensure compliance with Right to Rent, and work with tenancy progression teams to close deals.

The role is 30 hours per week, with a basic salary up to £24,000 per annum and a discretionary bonus of up to 10%. Commission of up to £10,000 per year is available based on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lettings negotiation/management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of regulation and legislation.
• Excellent written and spoken etiquette.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for new letting applications and enquiries.
• Hit KPI targets and manage viewings and offers.
• Vet applicants with ID checks and Right to Rent.
• Negotiate and manage rent increases and renewals.
• Coordinate with tenancy progression and management teams for deal closure.
• Keep property ads up to date on portals and social media.
• Arrange pre-void inspections and any necessary works.
• Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and assist with events.
