Remarkable Jobs Limited is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded independent estate agency in Farnborough. We are seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established team where client satisfaction and local market knowledge are at the heart of the business.

You will manage enquiries, arrange viewings, build landlord relationships, negotiate tenancy offers and progress applications to completion, while contributing to marketing and aiming for personal and team targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings or estate agency preferred.
• Confident, enthusiastic and personable with strong communication.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to meet targets.
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from tenants and landlords, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, promoting available properties and highlighting their key features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients.
• Negotiate tenancy offers and progress applications through to successful completion.
• Support the marketing of rental properties, ensuring listings are presented professionally and accurately.
• Proactively generate new lettings opportunities and identify potential landlord instructions.
• Maintain accurate records, manage enquiries and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient lettings process.
• Keep up to date with local rental market trends and property availability.
• Work towards individual and team targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

About You

• Previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency would be advantageous.
• Confident, enthusiastic and personable, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A strong team player who also enjoys taking ownership of their workload.
• Good knowledge of Farnborough and surrounding areas would be beneficial.
• Confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
