Job summary

Spicerhaart is seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator to begin with two weeks of training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester. No prior experience is required, as full training, ongoing support, and excellent career progression are provided.

After training you will market properties, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and build landlord/tenant relationships. This is a full-time role with uncapped commissions and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic)
• Proof of business insurance for your vehicle.

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

Training

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Remuneration

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
