Job summary

The Recruitment Experts, incorporated, are recruiting a Lettings Negotiator for their Solihull office. This full-time, permanent role offers a base salary up to £25,000 with an OTE of £35,000+ and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will build relationships with landlords and tenants, conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies and cross-sell services. Candidates with previous lettings experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants

• Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
• Keeping up to date with the latest property trends and market conditions
