GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator for a role in the Darwen area of Lancashire. The position offers a £29,000 basic salary with a realistic £35,000+ OTE and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

You will register and qualify prospective tenants, match applicants with properties, arrange viewings, negotiate between tenants and landlords and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator within Estate Agency
• Strong knowledge of the residential lettings process
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and organised approach to your workload
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a successful team
