Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join the John Francis residential lettings team in Carmarthen. You will deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants while driving business results and earning uncapped commission.

Responsibilities include generating rental valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating lets and progressing leases to move-in, with industry-leading training and clear career progression within the UK’s leading property services business.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales is desirable.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
