The role offers an uncapped commission structure within a well-established Essex agency, with ongoing training and clear progression. A full UK driving licence is required and benefits from a strong team environment.

Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team. Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Salary: OTE £30,000 per annum

Plus Car or Car Allowance

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients
• Conduct rental valuations and provide advice on local market conditions
• Arrange and carry out property viewings, converting enquiries into successful lets
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets through to completion
• Support junior negotiators and contribute to overall team performance
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase market share and grow the lettings portfolio
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Valuer or similar role within residential lettings
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving lettings targets
• Strong knowledge of the Chelmsford and wider Essex lettings market
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build credibility and rapport with landlords, tenants and clients at all levels
• Results-driven with a proactive and target-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Professional, motivated and capable of working effectively within a fast-paced environment
