Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a personable Lettings Negotiator to join a busy residential lettings team in Milton Keynes, MK4. This permanent, full-time position involves handling enquiries, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and progressing applications to move-in.

The successful candidate will build strong landlord/tenant relationships, generate new business and provide a proactive, professional service throughout the lettings process. OTE around £40,000.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within residential lettings
• Strong knowledge of the Milton Keynes lettings market
• Excellent telephone and face-to-face skills
• Proactive and commercially minded with a natural ability to generate new business
• Full UK driving licence preferred; travel to viewings

Responsibilities

• Handle rental enquiries from landlords and prospective tenants and match applicants to suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct accompanied property viewings with knowledgeable advice
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants and progress applications to move-in
• Carry out rental valuations and identify opportunities to win new landlord instructions
• Maintain regular communication with landlords, applicants and tenants throughout the lettings process
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and developing local relationships
