Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a busy residential lettings team in Worthing. The role handles tenant enquiries, arranges viewings and progresses applications through to move-in, with full training and ongoing professional support.

The position offers a basic salary between £26,000–£36,000 with OTE £40,000 per annum and a Monday–Friday schedule, contributing to a supportive team environment in Worthing.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings, estate agency or customer-facing roles.
• Senior lettings experience for Senior Negotiator applicants.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with IT systems and property software.
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Handle tenant enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Progress applications and referencing through to move-in.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and other parties throughout the lettings process.
• Carry out property inspections and provide feedback where required.
• Generate new business and support the wider lettings team with achieving targets.

A Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator is required to join a busy residential lettings team in the Worthing area. This role would suit an experienced lettings professional or someone with strong sales and customer service experience. (Monday to Friday)

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator / Senior Negotiator

Location: Worthing, BN11

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

You’ll handle tenant enquiries, arrange and conduct property viewings, progress applications and support the lettings process through to move-in. The role also includes property inspections and offers the opportunity to develop your career with full training and ongoing professional support.
