Life Stay, a prominent property management company, is seeking a Letting Negotiator to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual with a natural flair for sales, a talent for building relationships, and the ability to connect with our clients quickly and effectively. Salary: Competitive, starting from £1,000/month up to £4,000/month based on the deals made.

Role Brief:

1. Engage with potential tenants to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Showcase properties and provide detailed information to clients.
3. Negotiate rental terms and close deals efficiently.

Good command of English is essential; previous experience in sales or lettings is advantageous but not necessary.
