Job summary

A local recruitment agency is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to cover the Erdington & Great Barr areas. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be target-driven, and possess good organizational abilities. Responsibilities include managing client relationships and conducting viewings. Experience in lettings is preferred, but training will be provided for motivated candidates. Closing date for applications is 30th November 2025.

Qualifications

• Lettings Administration and/or Lettings Negotiation experience preferred.
• Motivated and enthusiastic with high service standards.
• Full driving license and insured for business use.

Location - Erdington & Great Barr areas

OTE £28K

Working Days - Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30pm

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator covering the Erdington & Great Barr areas

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain strong relationships with landlords & tenants
• Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment & activity level
• Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
• Polite Telephone manner and able to communicate details effectively
• Qualify applicants, arrange, and conduct viewings
• Negotiate between Landlords and tenants
• Provide exceptional client service

Experience Needed

Lettings Administration and or Lettings Negotiation experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will
