Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Catford on a full time, permanent basis.

Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale, purchase or let of a property as easy and straight forward as possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly staff who are always on hand to ensure the buying, selling, letting or renting experience delivers a high-quality professional service.

As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive :

• £30,000 - £33,000 on target earning (OTE) per annum
• Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months of employment
• Incentivised commission and performance bonuses

In the role of a Negotiator you will :

• Put the Customer at the heart of everything you do
• Register Customers and carry out property matches
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between Tenants and Landlords
• Maximise branch income by helping Customers with other services including mortgages, conveyancing, insurance etc
• Display excellent Customer service at all times

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

A full UK driving license is essential.
