You will handle property attributes, advertising, verifications, and pre‑tenancy assessments while advising customers and resolving issues with strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills. A full driving licence and access to a car are required to support multi‑site lettings activities.

Formación

• Background in allocations and lettings, estate agency, commercial or property sectors with knowledge of lettings negotiation, property management, and maintenance.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use IT systems and software.
• Must have a full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the lettings process from start to finish, delivering a seamless experience for customers.
• Obtain accurate property attributes for timely advertising, shortlist action, verifications, and pre-tenancy assessments.
• Advise and support customers in resolving queries, manage expectations, and identify proactive resolutions, including vulnerabilities and adjustments.
