You will liaise with prospective tenants, develop knowledge of the property portfolio, and match applicants to rentals while coordinating viewings and maintaining strong landlord/tenant relationships.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone, with full training and progression opportunities in a busy property group.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Organised, proactive and target-driven with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
