• Create the largest active market share in the area.
• Maximise revenues and grow the property register for the branch.
• Develop strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Maximise branch profit and achieve financial targets.
• Manage employee performance with regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Influence outcomes through planning and delivery of the plan.
