Job summary

City Group in Ascot is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead the lettings team in Sunningdale. Working hours 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a base salary of £30,000 plus commission and bonuses.

You will drive market share, grow the property register, and build strong client relationships while managing performance and delivering against targets. A structured career path and incentives await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency and providing customer service to clients.
• Ability to lead a team and drive performance to meet targets.
• Valid full driving licence and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
• Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch.
• Develop relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maximise branch profit and achieve financial targets.
• Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1s, reviews and meetings.
• Influence results through effective team management and planning.
