Job summary

Harte Recruitment - Property & Conveyancing Recruitment Specialists is seeking a hands-on Lettings Manager to lead its front-line lettings operation from our Darlington office. You will coach and develop staff while driving lettings performance and landlord growth.

You’ll own lettings performance, improve conversion, win landlord instructions and grow the managed portfolio, with a strong emphasis on team leadership and sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lettings Manager or a senior lettings professional.
• Genuine people-management, coaching and staff-development experience.
• Strong residential lettings knowledge.
• Commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of performance.
• Able to list and win new landlord instructions.
• Confident driving conversion and team results.
• Supportive, hands-on leadership style.
• Able to identify individual strengths and development needs.
• Motivated by sustainable growth rather than short-term wins.
• Comfortable working towards office budgets and performance targets.
