Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency or lettings.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management capability.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Business generation skills in a target-driven environment.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
