William H Brown in Harrogate is seeking a Lettings Manager to lead our residential lettings team within the Connells Group. You will drive performance, growth and service excellence for landlords and tenants.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on day-to-day operations, valuations support, listings, and building lasting relationships in the local market. A clear development pathway and industry-leading training accompany a competitive OTE and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management capability.
• A track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong business generation skills within a target-driven environment.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
