Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Pudsey is seeking a proactive Lettings Manager to lead the branch, drive profitability and deliver exceptional service to clients.

You will motivate and develop the lettings team, grow market share year on year, and ensure cross‑selling across departments in line with the business plan.

The role offers a base salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £40,000 per annum, a full‑time permanent contract, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a targeted lettings environment and managing a branch.
• Driving licence is required.
• Willingness to attain ARLA CeLPAP qualification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall branch performance and profitability in line with business plan.
• Grow market share in the branch area year on year while meeting targets.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Motivate and develop the lettings team and foster a great place to work.
• Acquire and maintain leading market share and ensure a healthy margin.
• Conduct performance reviews and hold regular team meetings.
• Support the Lettings & Investment Manager’s lettings business in line with the business plan.
• Resolve branch complaints escalated and ensure cross-selling of services.
