Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Manager for its Herne Bay branch. You will lead the lettings operation, grow the branch and build strong landlord and tenant relationships to deliver results.

The role offers a competitive package with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £50,000, plus pension, healthcare and ongoing training. A full UK driving licence and a vehicle are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Residential lettings experience is required.
• Track record of winning new instructions and lettings.
• Strong knowledge of the local rental market and lettings practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach the branch team to achieve lettings targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Drive branch performance, profitability and growth through effective sales and lettings strategies.
• Generate new instructions by building relationships with landlords and identifying opportunities.
