Campions Group in West Drayton is seeking an ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager to support our busy office. You will work closely with the Lettings Manager to win new business and deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants across the local market.

You will lead by example in a target-driven environment, conducting market appraisals, matching applicants to properties and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance and high standards of service.

Formación

• Previous experience within residential lettings.
• Proven experience conducting market appraisals and winning new business.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting, mentoring or leading a lettings team.
• A proactive, target-driven and commercially minded approach.
• Good knowledge of the local rental market and current lettings legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, positive and customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market appraisals and win new lettings and property management instructions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, applicants and prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to win new business from competing agents.
• Support, motivate and develop the lettings team to achieve individual and branch targets.
• Lead morning meetings and take responsibility for the office when required.
• Monitor team activity, including viewings, offers, applicant registrations and new business.
• Match applicants to suitable properties and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Keep landlords updated throughout the marketing and lettings process.
• Progress agreed lets through referencing, compliance and tenancy progression.
• Maintain accurate records across company systems.
• Support the induction, coaching and development of team members.
• Ensure the branch operates professionally and in accordance with company procedures and current lettings legislation, including Right to Rent requirements.
