Be part of something new. Help shape the future of renting.
Everway, the new Build-to-Rent venture from the Salboy Group, is redefining the rental experience by creating exceptional places for people to live, connect and thrive.
As we bring our exciting new venture to market, we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven and customer-focused Lettings Manager to play a pivotal role in its launch and success.
This is more than a traditional lettings role. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new scheme, build momentum from day one and make a tangible impact on its performance together with the expansion of the brand. Combining the energy of a hands‑on Lettings Negotiator with the commercial responsibility of a Lettings Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the operation — driving enquiries, converting viewings into tenancies, maximising occupancy and delivering an outstanding resident experience.
From the first prospective resident through to a thriving, fully occupied community, you’ll lead the lettings journey, champion the Everway brand and help establish the standards that will shape our growing BTR business.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to make your mark within a new and ambitious venture backed by the strength and experience of Salboy Group.
