Job summary

Everway, the Build-to-Rent venture from the Salboy Group, is launching a brand-new lettings operation in Stoke-on-Trent. We’re looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager to own the scheme from day one, drive enquiries and convert viewings into tenancies.

You will maximise occupancy and revenue, lead a hands-on lettings journey, ensure compliant processes, and deliver an outstanding resident experience. Salary depends on experience plus commission; this is a full-time, permanent role.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings experience required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to manage a varied workload and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and qualify applicants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings across the portfolio.
• Negotiate offers and progress tenancies from enquiry to move-in.
• Carry out inspections and oversee property readiness.
• Manage tenancy administration and records.
