Job summary

Connells Group UK, in Frome, is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a Lettings Manager role. You will lead a team, grow landlord relationships, and drive lettings performance, with full training and ongoing coaching.

The role offers structured management training, support for ARLA Propertymark qualification, and clear career progression within Connells Group. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings with a proven results track record.
• Ability to generate new business and build landlord relationships.
• Valuation and listing experience.
• Ambition to take on more responsibility and coach others.
• Organised, proactive approach with resilience.

We’re looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Lister ready to step into a Lettings Manager role at Allen & Harris in Frome, part of Connells Group.

You don’t need previous management experience. Bring your lettings experience, drive and willingness to learn, and we’ll provide the training, coaching and support to help you become a confident team leader.
