Job summary

Connells Group in Kingswood, Bristol is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Lister stepping into a Lettings Manager role. You will leverage your lettings background, with training provided to develop leadership and drive team performance.

You’ll handle valuations, grow landlord portfolios and lead by example, supported by structured management coaching and ARLA qualification funding. A clear path to progression within Connells Group is offered.

Qualifications

• Residential lettings experience with a strong record of delivering results.
• Ability to generate new business and build landlord relationships.
• Valuation and listing experience.
• A full UK driving licence.

We’re looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Lister ready to step into a Lettings Manager role at Connells in Kingswood, Bristol part of Connells Group.

You don’t need previous management experience. Bring your lettings experience, drive and willingness to learn, and we’ll provide the training, coaching and support to help you become a confident team leader.
