Job summary

Allen & Harris in Frome is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a Lettings Manager role. You bring lettings experience and a drive to learn; we provide training, coaching and support to help you lead the team.

You will carry out rental valuations, win instructions and grow landlord portfolios while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. A full UK driving licence and ARLA Propertymark qualification funding are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings with a strong record of delivering results.
• Confidence to generate new business and build landlord relationships.
• Valuation and listing experience.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Structured management training and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Carry out rental valuations, win instructions and grow your landlord portfolio.
• Support, motivate and develop your team.
• Drive lettings income and help the team achieve its targets.
• Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Maintain high standards of service and lettings compliance.
• Take ownership of day-to-day lettings performance, with guidance as you develop.
