Job summary

Fox & Sons in Yeovil, part of Connells Group, is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to progress to Lettings Manager. No prior management required; training and coaching will develop you into a confident team leader while you grow your landlord portfolio.

You’ll carry out valuations, listings and drive lettings income, building strong landlord and tenant relationships. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings, with a strong record of delivering results.
• The confidence to generate new business and build landlord relationships.
• Valuation and listing experience.
• Ambition to take more responsibility and bring out the best in others.
• Proactive, organised approach and the resilience to keep things moving.
• A full UK driving licence.

You don’t need previous management experience. Bring your lettings experience, drive and willingness to learn, and we’ll provide the training, coaching and support to help you become a confident team leader.
