Job summary

Fox & Sons in Yeovil is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a Lettings Manager role. You will lead a team, drive lettings performance, and build landlord relationships.

The role offers an OTE of £50k uncapped with commission, a company car or car allowance, and structured management training funded by ARLA Propertymark, with clear career progression within Connells Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings, with a strong record of delivering results.
• The confidence to generate new business and build landlord relationships.
• Valuation and listing experience.
• The ambition to take more responsibility and bring out the best in others.
• A proactive, organised approach and the resilience to keep things moving.
• A full UK driving licence.

We're looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Lister ready to step into a Lettings Manager role at Fox & Sons in Yeovil, part of Connells Group.

You don't need previous management experience. Bring your lettings experience, drive and willingness to learn, and we'll provide the training, coaching and support to help you become a confident team leader.
