Job summary

Connells Group in Oxford is seeking a highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Allen & Harris lettings team. You will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate tenancy terms and help maximise branch income.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• IT literate with MS Office and email systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Senior Lettings Negotiator ,

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
