Job summary

Dove & Hawk is seeking an experienced Lettings Coordinator in Sutton to manage New Lets and Rent Increases for 166 Build to Rent apartments. The role focuses on tenant introductions, viewings, offers and vetting within a fast-paced team.

You will work a 30-hour week with base salary of £24,000 plus commission up to £10k based on KPIs and a 10% discretionary bonus. Knowledge of regulations and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lettings Negotiation/Management.
• Up to date knowledge of appropriate Regulation and Legislation.
• Excellent written and spoken etiquette.
• IT literate and social media savvy.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for new letting applications and respond promptly.
• Hit client KPIs and targets.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate and process offers.
• Carry out applicant vetting and deal administration including ID checks.
• Negotiate and manage rent increases.
• Collaborate with lettings managers on strategy and incentives.
• Work with central Tenancy Progression team to complete deals.
• Provide lettings data for centralized reporting.
• Update property adverts on portals and social media.
• Conduct pre-void inspection reporting to the property management team.
• Arrange void works including inventories, cleans and light maintenance.
• Prioritise customer service for residents and applicants.
• Support resident events and respond to queries.
• Meet and greet tenants, provide keys and orientation tours.
