Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment in Reading is seeking a proactive Build to Rent Project Coordinator for a 3–6 month temporary basis. You will oversee planning, mobilization and delivery of multiple BTR projects, coordinating with operations, residents teams, contractors and developers to meet timelines and safety standards.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination or Management within Build to Rent or residential property.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of multiple projects across the BTR portfolio.
• Maintain plans, timelines, risk registers and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress, deadlines and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate operations and resident services teams to ensure projects are delivered.
• Oversee pre-opening activities ensuring operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance, health and safety requirements ahead of opening.
• Prepare project dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Track KPIs and highlight risks or opportunities for improvement.
