Our client, a high-performing estate agency located in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea, is seeking a Lettings & Compliance Coordinator to support their dedicated team. About the Role:
As the backbone of the lettings operations, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is not just any role; it's a chance to elevate our service for landlords and tenants alike!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office & Team Support: Manage office supplies, keys, calendars, and general administrative tasks. Be the first point of contact for landlord and tenant inquiries. Organise property handovers, viewings, and internal scheduling.
  • Lettings & Compliance: Process tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, background screening, draft tenancy agreements, manage renewals, and ensure deposits are registered properly. Oversee compliance for move-ins/outs and maintain accurate tenancy documentation.
  • Systems & Records: Maintain records in Alto CRM and shared filing systems. Assist with tenancy reporting, budgeting, and operational tracking.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a property admin or lettings support role (essential).
  • Experience in an estate agency office environment (essential).
  • Understanding of tenancy agreements, deposit regulations, and compliance processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Alto preferred), MS Office, and digital tools.
